The Porto ace would be an excellent addition to the Newcastle United squad.

According to a report from Portuguese media outlet A Bola, Porto are willing to sell Yacine Brahimi this summer, and Rafa Benitez should not hesitate to bring the international winger to Newcastle.
The Spaniard is keen to add an established winger to his squad this summer, according to the Northern Echo, and the Algeria international would be the ideal signing for the Magpies.
The 27-year-old is a lively operator, and can play anywhere along the front-line, although he is most comfortable when deployed in the left-wing position from where he can cut inside onto his dangerous right foot.

Brahimi was in fine form for Porto last season, chalking up 12 goals and 10 assists in 49 appearances in all competitions, but A Bola claim that the Portuguese club are finally ready to cash in on the winger.
According to the Portuguese media outlet, the Algerian has a €60 million (£52.8 million) release clause inserted into his current contract with Porto, but the Primeira Liga outfit could be willing to sell him for a reduced price, considering FFP concerns.

Whilst Newcastle’s transfer budget is unclear, if they could negotiate a discounted fee for Brahimi, it could turn out to be a signing of real significance for the Toon.
The 27-year-old would undoubtedly add a certain level of potency to the Magpies’ attacking play, and Rafa should not hesitate to bring him to St James’ Park this summer.
