Dele Alli’s wonder goal for Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday certainly caught the attention of Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish.
Spurs cruised into the last 16 of the Europa League with a 4-0 win over Wolfsberger to cap an 8-1 victory.
Alli got the scoring underway for Tottenham early on with a wonderful bicycle kick and the Aston Villa star posted Instagram footage of him watching the match.
Grealish tagged the 24-year-old alongside the caption ‘Naaaaaah’ in reference to the goal.

But last night’s goal could, in theory, prove the catalyst in helping the England international – who plays alongside Grealish for the Three Lions – recapture the sort of form that he showed under Mauricio Pochettino a few years ago.
But first, Alli needs to focus on playing more Premier League football and has so far only earned 114 minutes across six appearances in that competition this season.
Going by his heroics last night though, there’s every chance he’ll be involved against Burnley on Sunday.
