Arsenal fans are buzzing with claims that Dani Ceballos is set to return to them again on loan from Real Madrid.

Arsenal had a breakthrough last night, with Fabrizio Romano confirming that a deal is now on the verge of completion.

The Spanish midfielder has agreed to sign for Arsenal on another season long-loan after being convinced to move back to the Emirates Stadium by Mikel Arteta.

And Arsenal fans are delighted that the Spaniard is returning to North London.

Arsenal supporters’ happiness over the news is perfectly understandable, as Ceballos proved his worth towards the back end of last campaign.

The Madrid loanee has a rather inconsistent first few months with the Gunners, but his partnership with Granit Xhaka towards the end was very impressive.

Ceballos could now have a key role to play at Arsenal over the coming campaign, and should take little time to adjust to life back in North London.

Arsenal kick off their season with a game against Fulham on September 12th, and it will be interesting to see if Ceballos immediately takes his place back in Arteta’s starting team.
