Massimo Luongo has been a key player for Queens Park Rangers so far this season.

Massimo Luongo has admitted to Get West London that he is not playing in his favoured role at Queens Park Rangers currently.
Luongo has been deployed in a deep lying midfield role for Rangers in their recent matches, with his main job being to protect the defence.
The Australian international claims he is happy with the role, for the time being, but he does want to being handed a licence to get forward at some stage.
“I’ve always wanted to get involved in more goals, at the moment I think the manager is playing me in a deeper role to have that security because I’m playing next to Ryan Manning who is really young and hasn’t had many appearances,” Luongo said.
“On a personal goal in the long term I want to be more involved all over the pitch and he hasn’t taken that away from me but I feel at the moment that security is needed for these final few games.”
Luongo has been a key part of Holloway’s plans at Loftus Road since the 54-year-old boss took charge.

The former Tottenham man has played in nearly every match he has been available for.
Luongo has started in QPR’s last five fixtures, but he has been unable to help Holloway’s side break out of their slump.
Rangers have suffered six defeats on the spin, and they remain in some sort of relegation trouble.
QPR are currently five points above the drop zone, with two games left to play this season.
