Everton defender said team had to dig deep.

Everton’s second away game of the season ended in another 2-2 draw.
This time The Toffees let a two goal lead slip and left many fans feeling like it was a case of two points dropped.
Everton defender Mason Holgate is trying to be more upbeat about the result, which saw the team play 50 minutes with 10 men after Richarlison was sent off.
Messaging his 75,000 Instagram followers, Holgate said the team had to dig deep to get the result, hinting they see it as a point gained, rather than focusing on the negative.
Holgate, 20, is playing at one of the most competitive spots in the Everton team at present.
Along with Michael Keane, Holgate is trying to hold off competition from new signings Kurt Zouma and Yerry Mina.
At the weekend Holgate made seven clearances, more than any Everton player.
The 21-year-old will have to further raise his game in order to keep his place in the team, but with Michael Keane sustaining an injury late against Bournemouth, Holgate is likely to keep his place next weekend.
