Maryan Shved never kicked a ball under Brendan Rodgers at Celtic.

Maryan Shved has revealed to The Scottish Sun that Brendan Rodgers’s shock exit has no bearing on his Celtic career.
Rodgers sensationally quit the Hoops earlier this week to become Leicester City’s new manager.
The Northern Irishman signed the Ukraine winger for £2 million in January [Scottish Sun], before immediately loaning him back to Karpaty Lviv in his homeland.
Shved could be forgiven for wondering what Rodgers’s exit means for his long-term Celtic career, but the 21-year-old insists he isn’t all that bothered.
“He must believe he is taking a step forward by moving to a very good club like Leicester City. I will meet with the new coach when I get to Glasgow in the summer,” he told The Scottish Sun.
“It does not affect me in any way.
“It’s impossible for me to say if it’s good or bad he has left Celtic because I never worked with him. Nothing changes for me.”
Celtic won their first game of the post-Brendan Rodgers era, when a Neil Lennon-managed Hoops side struck a last-minute winner to beat Hearts 2-1 at Tynecastle last night.
The Bhoys are still eight points clear of Rangers in the Premiership title race and, barring a miracle, Lennon should be able to steady the ship enough to see that out.
But can they win the Scottish Cup to complete what would be a third successive treble? Time will tell.
