Aston Villa are being linked with Club Brugge ace Marvelous Nakamba.

Club Brugge midfielder Marvelous Nakamba has refused to comment on speculation about a move to Aston Villa, as reported by H-Metro in Zimbabwe.
Nakamba, 25, is currently away at the Africa Cup of Nations with Zimbabwe, and there is a lot of pressure on the midfielder’s shoulders.
Nakamba is one of just six players in the Zimbabwe squad playing outside of Africa for his club, and the only one in the top flight of a European league.
That means that he’s a key player for Sunday Chidzambwa’s side, and he played the full 90 minutes as Zimbabwe kicked off their tournament with a 1-0 defeat to Egypt.
After the game, Nakamba was asked about potentially joining Aston Villa, as The Chronicle in Zimbabwe reported last week that Villa are looking to land him for around £20million.
Nakamba refused to even tackle the subject, seemingly remaining focused on his country’s campaign rather than get bogged down in transfer speculation.

However, a move for Nakamba seems even more likely now, as The Sun report that Villa are being priced out of a move to sign Leeds United ace Kalvin Phillips, with a £30million price tag on his head.
That may mean that their new top target for their holding midfield role is Nakamba, having released both Glenn Whelan and Mile Jedinak after winning promotion.
Having already signed Club Brugge ace Wesley, Villa may now go back to the negotiating table with the Belgian side, and whilst Nakamba is willing to ignore the topic for now, he should be readying himself for a possible move to Villa.
