The club suspended Joey Barton this week after his recent training ground bust up.
Rangers manager Mark Warburton
Rangers striker Martyn Waghorn has told the club’s official website that Mark Warburton is a manager that takes his players’ opinions on board.
The club is surrounded in turmoil this week after they elected to suspend summer signing Joey Barton for three weeks.
The decision was made after the veteran midfielder was part of a training ground bust up with teammate Andy Halliday about their recent form.
It is believed that discussion continued with Warburton afterwards, with the Gers boss taking exception to whatever was said and subsequently suspending Barton.

The reaction to the incident would suggest the Gers boss does not take kindly to his players sharing their opinions but Waghorn insists that isn’t the case.
“The way the gaffer and Davie work is that they want feedback, they’re still learning and we’re still learning as a group,” he told the club’s official website.
“Last season it was important that we got our opinions across and we used it as much as we could to benefit us as a team.”

It remains to be seen if Barton has a future at Ibrox after this latest disappointing incident in his career.
At this moment in time it is hard to see a way back for him with the club evidently not happy about his recent actions.
However, should he return from his ban and show a desire to turn things around, perhaps they will consider him a risk worth taking.
