Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have lost two of their three matches during the time Graeme Murty has been in charge.
Glasgow Rangers striker Martyn Waghorn has told the Express that everybody at Ibrox is behind Graeme Murty.
Rangers have been in awful form over recent weeks, with the Ibrox side winning just one of the three matches that Murty has taken charge of.
The 42-year-old caretaker boss has replaced Mark Warburton at the helm of the Glasgow side, but has endured a very difficult start to life at the Glasgow side.
Rangers have lost to both Dundee and, more recently, Inverness – leaving their chances of claiming second spot in doubt.
However, Waghorn insists that Rangers’ players are all behind Murty, and they do not blame him for the slump that they are in.
“Obviously it is a difficult time not having a full-time manager, but we are still the same squad,” Murty said. “Murts knows the direction that we are going in.
“He has got everyone on board. It is up to us as players to take responsibility.”
Rangers are currently in third place in the Scottish Premiership table, and now sit nine points behind third placed Aberdeen.
The Light Blues do not appear to be close to appointment a new permanent manager, either.
Rangers have conducted interviews with some potential candidates, but no announcement is thought to be imminent.
Rangers are next in action against St. Johnstone, and they will be under huge pressure to pick up three points in front of an expectant home crowd.
