Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with Bruno Fernandes this summer.

Martin Keown has suggested that reported Tottenham Hotspur target Bruno Fernandes may not be good value, even on a free transfer, during the BBC’s live coverage of Portugal against Morocco at the World Cup.
Fernandes only came on as a late substitute for his nation, but the attacking midfielder did not impress Keown, who was on commentary duty.
Indeed, the former Arsenal man warned Spurs that they should look elsewhere rather than the Sporting man.

He said: “Not even sure that he’s good value on a free, for that kind of performance.”
The Daily Mail linked Spurs with a big money move for Fernandes earlier on in the transfer window.
It seems that things may have become even easier for Tottenham to land Fernandes too, with the attacking midfielder a free agent.
Whether Mauricio Pochettino’s side will make a move for the playmaker remains to be seen though.

Fernandes has made two appearances at the World Cup so far, but has had minimal impact.
Tottenham are thought to be looking for more attacking quality this summer, but they are yet to make a signing this summer.
