Pundit was impressed with Liverpool star but says he has areas to improve.

Gomez made his England debut against Spain at the weekend in a 2-1 defeat.
Keown said he could see why Gomez was called into the team, and would like to see him become more assertive in the future.
He said: “Gomez played well and only confirmed that he is a Rolls-Royce defender. He was the most accurate passer in the team.
“The next step is to become a domineering figure not afraid to point the finger at team-mates.”

Keown’s comments are not a criticism, of a player who may understandably be a bit meek coming into the international set up for the first time, but he does not need to be.
Gomez is a starter for Liverpool and is starring alongside Virgil van Dijk. It won’t have been as easy for him without the Dutchman alongside him.
The Liverpool ace must believe he is in the England team on merit and deserves his place.
England’s next game is against Switzerland tomorrow night.
