Eriksen was one of three Tottenham players to be named in the PFA Team of the Year.

Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown has claimed in his ‘Tackle Keown’ column with the Daily Mail that Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Christian Eriksen has outshone Harry Kane and Dele Alli this season.
Eriksen, 26, has attracted the interest of Barcelona, according to reports, after an excellent 2017-18 campaign in which he has arguably produced his best form in a Tottenham shirt since joining the club in 2013 from Ajax.
The Denmark international has scored 14 goals and turned provider a further 11 times this season, and was named in the PFA Team of the Year alongside teammates Jan Vertonghen and Kane.

Named in a three-man midfield alongside David Silva and Kevin De Bruyne, Eriksen has impressed Keown, who applauded the Dane’s character to go into the season and look to take the plaudits away from Kane and Alli.
“It is a serious compliment to Eriksen that his fellow professionals count him in the same bracket as the Manchester City pair,” Keown said.
“This season he has decided to stand up and be counted. He is much more precise with his passing and is trying to hurt his opponents. Eriksen has gone in with the attitude that Harry Kane and Dele Alli will not take all the plaudits – he will be Tottenham’s main man, too.”

Spurs will be desperate for Eriksen to continue his excellent form in Mauricio Pochettino’s side on Saturday as the north Londoners take on Manchester United in the semi-final of the FA Cup.
Eriksen scored against Jose Mourinho’s side the last time the two sides met in a 2-0 Spurs win at Wembley, and he will be keen to do the same this weekend and take his tally to 15 for the season.
