Newcastle United goalkeeper Martin Dubravka is reportedly on Tottenham Hotspur’s radar.

It has been reported that Tottenham are looking at Dubravka to compete with Hugo Lloris, with the 30-year-old Slovakia international goalkeeper rated at £12 million.
Lloris is one of the best goalkeepers in the world, but the France international has made mistakes from time to time, and signing Dubravka for £12m will be a smart move from the North London outfit in terms of putting more pressure on their first-choice custodian to step up his game.
True, there have been occasional errors from Dubravka as well, but there is no doubt that the 30-year-old was a key figure in helping Newcastle stave off relegation from the Premier League for the past two seasons.

The former Sparta Prague goalkeeper is a good shot-stopper, claims crosses well and is not afraid to bark orders at his defenders.
Dubravka is only 30 years of age, and in due time, perhaps he could even replace Lloris in the starting lineup.
Lloris will know the threat that the experienced Dubravka will pose, and the Frenchman will up his game.
