Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic will face FK Suduva in the Europa League playoff round this week.

Celtic will take on FK Suduva in the first leg of their Europa League play-off tie away from home in Lithuania on Thursday evening.
Gamboa started at right-back against Partick Thistle away from home in the second round of Scottish League Cup this past weekend.
Former Celtic right-back Wilson believes that the 28-year-old Costa Rica international should start ahead of 31-year-old Australia international for Brendan Rodgers’s side against Suduva.
The 34-year-old former Scotland international has also said that Lustig lost a yard of pace.
Wilson told The Scottish Sun about about Gamboa: “For me, I think he’s done enough at this early stage of the season to deserve his opportunity.
“Having seen the way Lustig’s played — probably culpable for three of the goals over the two ties against AEK, plus his form at the end of last season — I see the prospects as promising for Gamboa.
“I feel Lustig’s lost a yard of pace. I fear that could be a problem in the games coming up.”

Starting Cristian Gamboa over Mikael Lustig
Gamboa has made only a handful of appearances for the Celtic first team since his move from West Bromwich Albion in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by Herald Scotland to be worth £1 million.
The former Rosenborg star, though, is playing well at the moment, and it would make sense for manager Brendan Rodgers to include the 28-year-old – who earns £15,000 per week as salary, according to The Daily Star – in the starting lineup on Thursday evening.
