The Rangers boss signed a new deal at Ibrox on Tuesday and thanked the board for their support.
Mark Warburton has told Rangers official website that he is thrilled to have agreed a new deal with the club.
Warburton and assistant David Weir signed new deals at Ibrox on Tuesday to put an end to speculation about their futures.
They have both signed three-year deals at the club, securing them to the Gers until the end of May 2019.
The duo enjoyed a successful first season at the club last year, guiding them to the Scottish Championship title and a return to the Scottish Premiership as a result.
They also managed to make it to the Scottish Cup final, where they were beaten by Hibernian, as well as winning the Challenge Cup.
Speaking about his new contract Warburton says he is thrilled to agree a new deal, and thanked the club’s board for backing him this summer.
“It really is a huge honour and privilege to be Manager of Rangers Football Club and I am thrilled to agree a new contract,” he told rangers.co.uk.
“We are all working tirelessly to deliver continued success for our fans. I thank the Rangers Board for again backing my player acquisition plan and we are all eagerly anticipating the start of 2016/17.”

With their futures now certain, Warburton and Weir can fully focus on their preparations for the upcoming campaign.
It is gearing up to be another big for year for the club as they seek to challenge Celtic for the title in their first season back in the top flight.
To do so they will need a few distractions as possible and securing Warburton and Weir to new deals has removed one big problem for them.
