Rangers manager Mark Warburton has admitted to The Glasgow Evening Times that every player has a price.
Warburton, who was appointed the Rangers manager in the summer of 2015, has admitted that players could be sold at the right price.
The former Brentford boss, though, has made it clear that he does not want to lose any players.
The Englishman has also admitted that the final decision regarding players’ futures rests with the Rangers chairman and the board.
“Please don’t report this the wrong way, but for every player in our squad, if the right price comes in, they’ll go,” Warburton told The Glasgow Evening Times. “Every player. We’re not in a position to turn down bids that are deemed to be good value.
“I don’t want to lose anyone, but if the chairman and the board decide that it’s good value for Rangers, that’s the nature of the game we work in.”

Warburton’s comments are worrying, as they suggest that Rangers could be tempted to part with their best players if they are offered good transfer fees.
Rangers have some brilliant players, such as Barrie McKay and Martyn Waghorn, and it would be a blow to the team if they are to lose them in the January transfer window or next summer.
However, one must also remember that the Gers returned to the top flight of Scottish football only at the end of last season.
Financially Rangers are not as strong as they used to be, and one can understand why the Gers would not be able to resist big-money bids for their best players.
