Rangers winger Ryan Kent is reportedly attracting interest.

Former England ace Mark Walters has told The Scottish Sun that he thinks Liverpool’s Ryan Kent should be signing on for Rangers again this summer.
Kent, 22, was at a crossroads last summer after a disappointing loan spell at Bristol City, and Steven Gerrard taking him on loan to Rangers raised some eyebrows.
After a slow start, Kent really got going under Gerrard and has been playing the best football of his career with Rangers, bagging five goals and nine assists.
Kent brings pace and creativity, as well as the ability to go past a man, bringing some flair to the Rangers attack that few others can provide.
The problem for Rangers is that Kent is only on loan, and whilst they would no doubt love to keep him at the club, it’s unclear whether they’ll manage to do that.
The Scottish Sun report that Rangers want Kent back on loan, but Fulham are also interested, meaning Gerrard and co face a real battle for the winger’s signature.
Now, one man who made the move from Rangers to Liverpool back in in 1991 – ex-England midfielder Mark Walters – has offered his take, telling Kent to sign on for Rangers again this summer, whether on loan or permanently.

Walters thinks Kent needs to settle down rather than going out on loan every year, and Gerrard is the manager to do it under, though he does worry that Rangers may not be able to compete with some others clubs for Kent’s signature.
“It’s better for Ryan to be with a manager who has trust in him. Being picked is the best way to know the boss has confidence in you,” said Walters. “Ryan knows Steven Gerrard likes him and trusts him. He knows what he’s about from their Liverpool days. For Ryan’s development, I think he should stay at Rangers beyond this season. He has a contract at Liverpool, but if he tells them he wants to leave then most clubs don’t want unhappy players on their books.”
“If he thinks he’s come as far as he can at Liverpool I’m sure they’d let him move elsewhere. He’s not the type to be disruptive but he has to think of his own career. If Liverpool want to sell him, then of course the financial aspect comes into it. Can Rangers compete with some of the other clubs who might be interested? That’s a question only Rangers can answer. But if it’s the case that he wants a massive club, he won’t get that anywhere else but Ibrox,” he added.
