West Ham United’s Mark Noble is fouled by Watford’s Odion Ighalo
West Ham United captain Mark Noble has told the club’s official website that they must remain positive after the defeat to Bournemouth.
The Hammers suffered their third defeat of the season on Saturday as they were beaten by Watford at the London Stadium.
They had appeared to be heading towards a comfortable victory after two goals from Michail Antonio had given them a commanding lead.
However, the Hornets hit back, taking advantage of some slack West Ham defending to go on and win the game 4-2.

It leaves them sitting 17th in the table with just four points from three games but Noble insists they must remain positive.
“That is the best we have played for a long while, in the first half,” he told the club’s official website.
“A couple of mistakes have cost us and we couldn’t recover. There is a long way to go and we have to stay positive.”

It will be interesting to see if West Ham decide to change things up to try and improve on this slow start to the season.
Manager Slaven Bilic has insisted that won’t be happening and they will be sticking to the tactics that saw them enjoy success last season.
However, if they continue to struggle to pick up points it is likely that standpoint will change quickly to try and turn things around.
