West Ham United play host to Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday.

Hammers skipper Mark Noble spoke exclusively to the club’s official website, and highlighted the importance of Saturday’s home game against Liverpool in the Premier League.

Slaven Bilic would have been furious with his side’s inability to see out the game against Crystal Palace at the weekend, after having led 2-0 at half-time.

“With where we are in the table, what happened at Crystal Palace last weekend and the fact we go into the final international break of the year after it, there is a massive motivation to win Saturday’s game. Liverpool at home is a big game – it always is. We’re at home, we’ll have the crowd behind us and we’ve got to roll our sleeves up, look forward to the game and do the basics right.”

The Canning Town-born midfielder was visibly angry with his side’s naïvety against the Eagles on Saturday, and he will be desperate to lead them to victory against the Reds in a few days time.
One thing is for sure, every single West Ham player will have to be at their absolute best, if they are to earn all three points against the Merseyside outfit.
