The West Ham United star has experienced many highs and lows throughout his career with the club.

Hammers skipper Mark Noble sat down for an interview with for West Ham player Jack Collision, and selected the four most memorable games he has taken part in during his time with the club, as part of celebrations for his incredible achievement of racking up 400 appearances for the East London outfit, as quoted by the club’s official website.
The 29-year-old Canning Town born star has had to endure his fair share of criticism this season, after failing to hit the heights of last term, but everyone within the club always rave about the positive effect he has on the team, especially behind the scenes.
He is still considered to be a fan favourite, however, and Noble recalled the four games which have meant the most to him, during his time with he Hammers, as quoted by WHUFC.com:
2005 – Play-off final vs Preston North-End:
“I remember travelling to the 2005 Play-Off final and it was the biggest game I had been involved in at that time. I was warming-up behind the goal with Teddy [Sheringham] when Matty [Etherington] put the cross in and Bobby [Zamora] scored and the feeling was unreal. I remember standing there looking up at the crowd and thinking ‘Oh my God, this is unbelievable!’ and it was an incredible day.”
2007 – 1-0 win at Old Trafford on the final day of the season to secure Premier League survival:

“I remember being on the coach on the way to Old Trafford and I was sitting opposite Ginge at the time and we were all nervous because we needed to win to stay up and they’d already won the league, so we thought they would just go out and enjoy themselves. Ginge looked at me and said ‘I’ve got a good feeling about today!’ and it gave me a buzz, then Carlos [Tevez] scored! I remember looking up at the clock and thinking we’ve still got another half to cope, then another 15 minutes then another five and thinking ‘They’ve got to score two’.”
2012 – Play-off final vs Blackpool:
Noble described the win over the Tangerines as “so important” to the progress of the club in general.
2016 – Last ever game at Upton Park against Manchester United:
“That game was so special with the way it went, for me. To be able to come back and win in that atmosphere, to top off the best season I’d ever had as a West Ham player and a West Ham fan, was incredible. We all wanted to leave Upton Park on a high and to leave it the way we did was amazing. I’ll never forget it.”
Noble will be hoping to create many more special occasions at the heart of West Ham’s midfield, but football is not a game that allows sentiment, and if he is to play a major part in the next phase of the Hammers’ journey, he will certainly have to raise his levels once again.
