West Ham United have struggled so far this season.
West Ham United captain Mark Noble has insisted to talkSPORT that manager Slaven Bilic has his full backing this season.
The Croatian was a big hit with the Hammers last season as they shone in his first season in charge.
Things have not gone so well this year, though, with a series of disappointing signings finding West Ham at the wrong end of the table.
They are currently 17th in the table and just a point outside of the relegation zone after picking up only three wins so far.

The pressure has been on Bilic as a result, with some believing he should be sacked, but Noble is not one of them.
“He is so passionate and he really, really wants to do well for the club and the fans,” he told talkSPORT.
“I wholly believe that he is the man to lead this football club. I am 100 per cent behind him as his captain and I am pretty sure all the boys are. I am the buffer behind him and the changing room and it’s great.”
West Ham United’s Mark Noble looks dejected at full time
It is now up to Noble and his teammates to put in better performances and show that Bilic does indeed have their backing.
They have been poor this season, to say the least, with all of their star men failing to hit the same levels that they managed last season.
Noble is among those who have struggled and it is on his shoulders to inspire his teammates and pull away from the current predicament they find themselves in.
