West Ham picked up all three points against Burnley on Wednesday.
Quoted by the London Evening Standard, West Ham United captain Mark Noble has claimed it is points, not performances that matter for the Hammers at this moment in time.
Slaven Bilic’s side have endured a disastrous first half of the campaign in which they have managed to pick up just four wins in 16 games.
The latest of those came in midweek as they picked up a narrow 1-0 win over Burnley at the London Stadium.

It was not a vintage display from Noble and his teammates to say the least, with them registering 20 shots in total but only getting seven on target.
The Hammers skipper, though, says it is all about points and not performances for them at this stage.
“In the position, we’re in, it is always hard, especially playing against a team like Burnley who are so well drilled,” the London Evening Standard quotes him saying.
“If you look at it, a draw at Liverpool and then this win represents a massive four points for us. This result was all-important, 100 percent.”
“The performance? It really didn’t matter and I’ve said that to the boys. I really think that the game is a results business and three points are the only thing that matters.”

Slaven Bilic will certainly be happy if the Hammers can continue to pick up points without performing over the busy December period.
They have a great chance of doing so, with their next two games seeing them come up against Hull and Swansea respectively.
Those two teams currently sit in the bottom three and victories against both could see the Hammers finally push clear of the relegation battle they have risked becoming a part of.
