West Ham United will be looking to get one over their old foes Chelsea on Monday.

Hammers skipper Mark Noble spoke to reporters about his side’s upcoming clash with Premier League leaders Chelsea, and urged the West Ham fans to replicate the atmosphere they created during the club’s 2-1 win over the Blues in the EFL Cup way back in October, as quoted by the Independent.
The East London outfit have made vast improvements over the past couple of months, and now sit in ninth position in the Premier League table, albeit a distant seven points adrift of eighth placed West Bromwich Albion.
And Slaven Bilic’s men will be looking to do fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur a favour on Monday when they welcome Antonio Conte’s men to the London Stadium.
Noble, 29, spoke to the media about the hugely important game that his side face against their London counterparts, highlighting the importance of the fans playing their part in the contest, as quoted by the Independent:

“We’ve beaten Chelsea once already this season and although they have won again this weekend and they are absolutely flying, it’s a London derby under the lights. I hope we can generate another really good atmosphere and a strong performance.”
Bilic’s men will be looking for a strong finish to their season, and haven’t given up hope of finishing inside the top seven just yet, however unrealistic that may seem at the moment.
One would imagine that three points against Chelsea on Monday night will be a necessity though, if they are to have any chance whatsoever of doing just that.
