Jack Wilshere has played in both of West Ham United’s Premier League games this season.

The Liverpool legend hopes that Wilshere gets back to his best, but he does not think that the former Arsenal midfielder is ready to start yet.
The 27-year-old midfielder suffered with injury issues last season, and was able to make only four starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Hammers, according to WhoScored.
Wilshere has played 102 in the Premier League for West Ham this season, according to WhoScored, and Lawrenson has not been convinced.
Lawrenson wrote on BBC Sport: “New signing Jack Wilshere has spent so long on the sidelines through injury and he doesn’t look up to it yet.
“Hopefully he can get back to his best but it will be interesting to see whether he starts again.”

Staying optimistic
It will take a while for Wilshere to get back to his best, and West Ham fans have to be patient.
The former Arsenal star is a very good midfielder with extensive experience in the Premier League, and the 27-year-old will be an important player for Manuel Pellegrini’s side in the coming weeks and months, as the London outfit aim to challenge for a top-six finish in the Premier League.
