Tottenham Hotspur defender Kevin Wimmer is wanted by Stoke City in the summer transfer window.

According to The Stoke Sentinel, Crystal Palace and West Bromwich Albion are interested in securing the services of the 24-year-old central defender.
Hughes has revealed that Stoke are interested in signing the Austria international centre-back.

“We have an interest there, but I think along with a number of other clubs apparently,” Hughes told The Stoke Sentinel about Wimmer.
“As you would imagine, the guy’s a good player. We will have to see how that pans out and we will probably have a better idea after the weekend.
“We have made an inquiry, but as we stand, he’s a Tottenham player and they dictate what happens.“
According to The Telegraph, Stoke have made an offer of £15 million for Wimmer, but Spurs have rejected it.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino, though, has refused to say much on the speculation on the future of the former FC Koln defender.

“I cannot speak about rumours but you can find the names,” Pochettino told Football.London when asked if Wimmer is one of the players who could leave Tottenham.
“I don’t need to tell the names because I think you know the players that have not played too much over the last season, they want to feel alive and play more. And maybe some clubs can guarantee they can play more next season.”
Wimmer is a good and talented defender, and at the age of 24, the Austrian still has plenty of time to improve and develop his game.
The Spurs defender has not played well for the past two seasons for Tottenham, but the 24-year-old did well during his time at FC Koln.
Spurs are aiming to win the Premier League title this season, while Stoke will target a spot in the top 10.
