The Borussia Dortmund ace is a big fan of the Liverpool manager.

Borussia Dortmund ace Mario Gotze raved about Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp, when speaking exclusively to German media outlet Sport Bild, whilst admitting that he is always looking for new challenges.
The 26-year-old was sold by Klopp to Bayern Munich when the Reds boss was in charge of Dortmund in the summer of 2013, before making his return to Signal Iduna Park three years later.
Gotze scored the World Cup winning goal for Germany in Brazil in 2014, but since then his career seems to have stalled, although he has experienced somewhat of a renaissance this season, chalking up four goals and six assists in 19 Bundesliga appearances.
And the Dortmund ace admitted that he is always on the look-out for new challenges, whilst praising Liverpool boss Klopp, when speaking exclusively to German media outlet Sport Bild:

“He [Klopp] knew that I wanted to leave Bayern. Of course, we talked. He knows me very well and that I am always looking for new challenges. I often speak to Klopp. He brought me to the first team when I was 17 and he made it all possible. We never stopped talking.”
Gotze was allegedly available for just £16 million las summer, according to ESPN, but his value has surely increased after some fine performances this season.
Even so, it might still be worth Liverpool making a move to sign him at the end of the season, with Klopp thought to be keen on strengthening his attacking options.
