After the drab affair that was QPR v Chelsea, the Manchester derby had to fire things up on Super Sunday. It certainly did.
The game started in incredible fashion, with Manchester City coming out like a bullet from a gun.
It was their two star players, and James Milner, who forced the early issue. David Silva and Sergio Aguero combined to give City a 1-0 lead at Old Trafford.
The goal tore up the form-book and had plenty of fans buzzing on Twitter.
One man with double reason to enjoy a City goal against Manchester United is Mario Balotelli.
The Italian striker is not only a former City player, and goalscorer in a Manchester derby, but he currently plays for United’s other fierce rivals Liverpool.
So he celebrated the opening goal on Twitter with a bit of a troll, sending this message to United fans:
Not that the Liverpool star is currently in a position where he can troll. The Italian has had a fairly abysmal season for his new club.
Not to mention the fact United soon went 2-1 up…
