Manchester United duo Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho have reacted to Bukayo Saka signing a new long-term contract at Arsenal on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old has been one of the standout performers in the Premier League this season and he has topped it off by committing his future to Arsenal.
Both Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho play alongside Bukayo Saka for England, so they know first-hand what he is capable of and they told him on Instagram ‘congratulations’ on his new deal.
Over the course of the season, he has scored an impressive 13 goals and supplied 11 assists for an Arsenal side that blew their chances of becoming champions of England.
Mikel Arteta’s men will come again next season, and if they are to shine again, then Saka has to be at the heart of what they do going forward.
Nonetheless, when the Hale-End star reacted to his new deal on his iG, in the comments section, several players sent their well wishes to the player, including transfer target Declan Rice.
Reiss Nelson called his fellow teammate the ‘star boy’, whilst a supporter told him that he is a ‘role model to my son’, as both Rashford and Sancho added ‘congratulations, my brother’.
