Speaking to the Yorkshire Evening Post this week he has highlighted how he and his wife studied the penalty taking abilities of the Norwich players before the game – during which he realised Alex Pritchard would be going down the middle.
He told the YEP:
“I told her – ‘him (Pritchard), he shoots in the middle tonight’.
“The idea was this but when you are there, it’s difficult to stay still.

“If he shoots right or left then you are left there. It’s difficult and I don’t think I’ll do that any more because it’s horrible. But I saved it.”
Of course Pritchard did go down the middle and Silvestri won the battle of wits on this occasion.
The Italian goalie made it clear after the game that his dream tie in the quarter-finals was against Liverpool at Anfield.

Last night he was handed his wish as Leeds were drawn an away tie against Jurgen Klopp’s men.
