The two Everton players could be heading for the exit door this summer.

Marco Silva the head coach

Everton boss Marco Silva addressed the media during his pre-match press conference today, and suggested that Kevin Mirallas and Oumar Niasse could be sold before the end of the this month’s transfer window, as quoted by Sky Sports.

The window for the Premier League is closed of course, but teams abroad are still free to make signings up until the end of this month.

Everton have spent heavily this summer bringing in a whole host of new players including Alex Iwobi, Moise Kean, Andre Gomes and Jean-Philippe Gbamin.

Because of all the new stars the Toffees have signed, there will be no space in the squad for several players, and Silva admitted that two who could be moved on before the end of the month are Mirallas and Niasse, as quoted by Sky Sports:

(EXCLUSIVE COVERAGE) Kevin Mirallas signs a new contract at Everton at Finch Farm on August 7, 2015 in Liverpool, England.

“It is not the position to talk about Kevin and Niasse. You know my opinion on them. The market is open and it is possible something could happen. They are our players but they want to play football and the space for them in our squad is not enough.”

Selling the two players mentioned seems to be the ideal scenario for all parties involved.

And if Everton can recoup any kind of fee for either player, it would have to be considered as decent business for the Merseyside outfit.

New loan signing Oumar Niasse No 29 of Cardiff City is unveiled on January 18, 2019 in Cardiff, Wales.
