Everton attacker Ademola Lookman was linked with a move away from Goodison Park for most of the summer.

Lookman was introduced as a substitute for Everton against Huddersfield, in what was his first Premier League appearance of the season.
The youngster’s future was heavily speculated about over the summer, with Red Bull Leipzig pushing hard to sign him.
But Silva says that Lookman now needs to forget about leaving Everton and concentrate on the job in hand.
“I felt a big reception from his fans to him [in the previous home game,” Silva said.
“I expect a big commitment from all our players every day they pass the gate to come in and train.

“He is happy. The market is not just for him. He has a big club impressed with him but it’s done, the market is done and now he needs to keep focused in his job and give 100% every day.”
Lookman could feature again for Everton this weekend, as their injury list is stacking up.
Everton go into their match with West Ham United without a number of first-team players.
Lookman’s chances of playing are boosted due to Richarlison’s absence through suspension.
Everton are unbeaten this season, while West Ham are without a single point.
