Marco Silva’s Everton side were beaten 2-0 by Aston Villa in their latest outing.

Everton were beaten 2-0 by Villa in their last outing and their performance in the contest was poor.
The Toffees brightest spell was arguably in the final half hour, when Iwobi and Kean were brought off the bench.
And Silva admits that the pair of Everton’s new signings caught his eye.
“I agree with you, not just him [Alex Iwobi] but Moise Kean too, the impact they had in the last 35 minutes was really important for our team,” Silva said.
“Unfortunately we didn’t score the chance we created but the impact was good, they understood what we expected from them.”
Iwobi and Kean are both still waiting for their first starts at Everton, and they could now feature tomorrow evening.
Silva’s men take on Lincoln City in the Carabao Cup, and the tie could be the perfect chance to give the Everton new boys their full debuts.

There is great excitement around Goodison Park about the impact that Kean could make in particular.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has failed to hit the back of the net so far this season, which adds pressure on Kean to find his feet quickly when he is offered a chance.
