Ademola Lookman regularly dazzles in Everton training, suggests Marco Silva.

Marco Silva has suggested to Everton’s official Twitter account that Ademola Lookman won’t break into his first XI until he starts making the most of his cameo appearances.
The 21-year-old has only managed four Premier League appearances for Everton this season, but all of them were off the bench.
Lookman is slowly but surely becoming a regular fixture in Silva’s Toffees squad, and has appeared off the bench in each of their last two games – including the narrow 2-1 defeat by Manchester United.
The former Charlton prodigy, an £11 million signing in 2017, dazzled during a loan with Leipzig in Germany in the second half of last season, underlining his potential when given faith.
But Silva, who joined Everton in the summer, has warned Lookman that he won’t break into his best XI unless the youngster can replicate his training-ground magic when it matters.
He told Everton’s official Twitter account: “I want to see him playing like he trains. And doing in the match what he can do in the training sessions. What he can is really, really good in the training sessions.
“I want him to transfer that to matches. I understand it’s not always easy to do [off the bench].”
Lookman is certainly a fantastic talent with a very exciting future, but Silva’s stance is spot-on.
What sort of manager would he be if he started Lookman based on potential and potential alone? If Lookman fights his way into Everton’s first XI then he’ll appreciate the place so much more, and then, in theory, fans of the Goodison Park side might well see the very best of him.
