Everton defensive pair Mason Holgate and Kurt Zouma are set to partner each other in central defence.

Everton are without Phil Jagielka and Yerry Mina, which has effectively made Silva’s mind up.
The Portuguese boss admits that Holgate and Zouma are the only two players who aren’t injured and can play at centre-back.
He said: “Yes [they are the only two centre-backs fit], but I’m happy with them. With both of them. I have all the confidence in them.”

Zouma and Holgate may have harder tests than playing against Huddersfield as the season progresses.
Everton are expected to be playing on the front foot for much of the contest, and to dominate possession.
Huddersfield have made a poor start to this campaign, but the Toffees have been excellent so far.
Everton are currently unbeaten since Silva took charge, and a victory over Huddersfield will put them right at the top end of the table, heading into the international break.
