Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in Barcelona-owned Everton central midfielder Andre Gomes.

Gomes has been playing well for Everton this season following his season-long loan deal from Spanish and European giants Barcelona in the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old central midfielder has made eight appearances in the Premier League for the Toffees so far this campaign, providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.
According to The Telegraph, Tottenham are interested in signing Gomes on a permanent contract from Barcelona next summer.
Everton boss Silva does not seem worried that Gomes is reportedly on the radar of Spurs.

Silva told Sky Sports about Gomes regarding the speculation: “I think zero [in terms of] how it will affect us. Nothing changes in our way of what’s in our mind as well.
“When you have good players in your squad, that means other clubs are looking at them as well. That’s normal in football.
“At the right moment, we’ll have time to talk about the situation and let’s see what we can do to keep him or not.”
Everton or Tottenham Hotspur?
While Gomes is playing well for Everton and is enjoying his time at Goodison Park, Tottenham are a bigger club and could provide the Portugal international central midfielder with Champions League football.
Moreover, if Barcelona decide to sell the 25-year-old next summer, then they are likely to do so to a club who pay them the highest transfer fee for him.
