The Leeds United boss’s list of high profile admirers keeps on growing.

Yet another high profile football personality has taken time out to praise the Leeds United manager, Marcelo Bielsa.
Lauded by Pep Guardiola, Mauricio Pochettino and Benjamin Mendy, among many others down the years, Bielsa now has a World Cup winner raving about his abilities.
Florian Thauvin, who flopped at Newcastle United before helping France to glory at this year’s finals in Russia, played under the Argentine at Marseille.
And the 25-year-old’s Bielsa comments have been picked up by the Leeds boss’s trusted interpreter, Salim Lamrani, who tweeted on Thursday:
Bielsa, who also enjoyed success with Newell’s Old Boys, Argentina and Athletic Bilbao before moving to Leeds, has led the Whites to second in the Championship with little cosmetic work undertaken in the summer transfer window.
Leeds have acquired six new players since Bielsa’s appointment, though only two of those arrived on permanent contracts, with as many playing regularly this season.
