Chelsea have sent Lewis Baker out on loan again.

It could be a question in a pub quiz one day, who was Marcelo Bielsa’s first ever signing at Leeds?
That honour belongs to Lewis Baker, who is already onto his second move since joining the Whites.
Baker joined Leeds last summer with high hopes, suggesting that Bielsa could be the manager to unlock his potential.
Now that task belongs to Friedhelm Funkel, his new boss at German side Fortuna Dusseldorf.
Chelsea confirmed via the club’s official website that Baker has joined the Bundesliga side, who finished 10th last season.

Bielsa could not get the best out of Baker, selecting him to start only two games.
Baker got tired of this and sought a new club in January, joining Reading until the end of the season.
Frank Lampard gave him a chance in pre-season at Chelsea, but has now arranged for him to head out.
This is now Baker’s seventh loan of his career. The only really successful one was out on loan at Dutch side Vitesse.
The 24-year-old will hope that this stint abroad is another hit, a far cry from his Leeds disappointment.
