Koffi is currently out of favour at Leeds and would surely consider a move to work under Bielsa again.

Back in the summer of 2017, Marcelo Bielsa may have surprised Lille fans when he brought in unknown goalkeeper Herve Koffi from Ivorian side ASEC Mimosas. Now, he should consider luring him to Leeds.
Koffi, 22, was brought in as cover at Lille during Bielsa’s first few months in charge and was given his debut in Ligue 1 by the Argentine boss – which resulted in a 2-0 defeat to SM Caen.
A 22-time Burkina Faso international, Koffi has been made to wait repeatedly on the substitutes bench with the top-tier French side and with the January window approaching, he has failed to make a single appearance this season.
Bielsa has since taken over at Leeds and pushed the Whites to third in the Championship table, but there is a potential crisis set to occur between the sticks.
That is after Chelsea loanee Jamal Blackman has been forced to return to his parent club from Elland Road after suffering a broken leg in an appearance for the Whites’ Under-23 side.
It leaves Leeds with just senior goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell, while rookies Will Huffer and Kamil Miazek wait in the wings. Without Blackman, Leeds are sure to re-enter the transfer market for a new goalkeeper.

It should see Bielsa’s attention turn to a goalkeeper he knows well, one that he knows will trust him, but one that will also be happy to fill in as cover.
Landing Koffi on loan until the end of the season would be a decent bit of business by the Whites, and give them the chance to land a more experienced goalkeeper in the summer when more options are available.
