Jamie Shackleton played well for Leeds United against Bolton Wanderers in the Championship at the weekend.

Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa has spoken highly of Jamie Shackleton to Leeds Live.
Bielsa was impressed with the performance of Shackleton for Leeds in their 1-0 win against Bolton Wanderers away from home in the Championship at the weekend.
The 19-year-old right-back started the game and played for the entire 90 minutes.
The teenager was very good going forward, especially in the opening parts of the match, and defensively the youngster also looked very solid as the game wore on.
According to WhoScored, Shackleton had a pass accuracy of 84.6%, and made four tackles, one interception.
The youngster has made three starts and six substitute appearances in the Championship for Leeds so far this season, providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.

Bielsa told Leeds Live about Shackleton: “Jamie has a maturity that does not correspond to his age. He plays like a veteran, but he’s only 19. And he can attack by surprise, he defends well.
“When he moves he has explosive movements. With these kind of movements he can surprise his opponent, he takes his space at the right time and is covering for Ayling and Dallas very well.”
Promising talent
Shackleton is playing for the Leeds first team at the moment mainly due to injuries, and the youngster must be praised for his performances in recent weeks.
The youngster is also very versatile and can operate as a midfielder, and Bielsa’s praise of him will only enhance his confidence.
