Is Ezgjan Alioski actually getting worse for Leeds United?

Leeds United fans on Twitter slammed Ezgjan Alioski this evening……again.
The 26-year-old continues to look a shadow of his former self after another lifeless display in this afternoon’s 2-1 win over QPR.
Alioski has started all 21 of Leeds’ Championship games this season and you have to wonder whether head coach Marcelo Bielsa is doing the player more harm than good by refusing to bench him.
Slowly but surely Bielsa seems to be destroying his confidence in the hope that Alioski plays through his poor spell, but it’s just not happening.
The former Lugano winger, a £2 million signing [Yorkshire Evening Post] in 2017, hasn’t scored since September, and hasn’t even set up a goal since October 6.
He was hooked at half-time in two of the Whites’ last three games, and at what point does the Argentine realise that he clearly needs a spell out of the first XI?
Playing him week in week out isn’t beneficial for Leeds or indeed the player himself.
Fans of the Elland Road club want the real Alioski back, but he is hemorrhaging confidence on a weekly basis.
The sooner he is given a physical and mental break, the sooner Leeds supporters will get their boy back.
