Leeds United attacker Jack Harrison has surely made himself undroppable due to his form in recent weeks.

Leeds United summer signing Jack Harrison may well have made himself undroppable with his recent form.

Harrison scored his first goal for Leeds against Millwall at the weekend, and he followed that performance up with a brilliant display against Preston North End.

Harrison was a constant threat last night, with his work-rate and skill catching the eye.

Marcelo Bielsa surely cannot drop the Manchester City man while he is in this sort of form.

And Leeds may actually have to do the previously unthinkable of leaving Pablo Hernandez on the bench.

Hernandez was Leeds’ most vital attacking player last term, with the Spaniard the source of a great deal of creativity for his side.

But Hernandez has been sidelined through injury in Leeds’ last two matches, and Harrison has ensured that the former Swansea man has not been missed.

Hernandez may now face a longer time on the sidelines than first thought when he got injured, but out of choice rather than necessity.

Bielsa surely won’t be dropping Harrison any time soon, and Hernandez now actually faces a fight for a place at Leeds, after it seemed his position was totally secure before he got injured.
