Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa has given his take on the performance of Wolverhampton Wanderers against his side, as quoted on BBC Sport.
The Whites suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Wolves at Elland Road in the Premier League on Monday evening.
Raul Jimenez’s shot on goal on 70 minutes was deflected into the net by Leeds midfielder Kalvin Phillips.
Bielsa does not think that Wolves were the better team, but he has admitted that it was not an easy game.
The Leeds boss told BBC Sport: “In the first half we should have established a difference, in the second half it was more even.
“We had the sensation that we could unbalance them. We created enough opportunities to establish a lead.
“I don’t think they were better than us but they neutralised our game better. The game was very hard, very physical and there was a lot of interruptions. Every game you have opportunities to generate corrections.”

The fact that just one goal separated the two teams at Elland Road on Monday evening shows just how close it was.
Leeds had more shots and more corners, but Nuno’s side took their chances and showed that extra bit of Premier League experience that they have.
As stated on BBC Sport, the home team had 68% of the possession, took 13 shots of which only two were on target, and earned eight corners.
Wolves had just seven shots, but three of them were on target, according to BBC Sport.
While Leeds will be disappointed with the final result, they should be encouraged that their performance was not bad.
