Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has told Leeds Live that Whites fans should be expecting a quiet deadline day today.
Leeds have not done much business over January at all so far, but Bielsa’s men were planning for a rather dull window.
And Bielsa does not expect anything to change today, on the final day of the window.
“I don’t think anyone will come in or go,” he said.
Leeds had planned to be quiet in January, as they always backed their squad to get them through this season.
The Whites wanted their summer recruitment to cover them for the full campaign, and their plan has worked excellently so far.
Leeds are well clear of any relegation trouble, with yesterday’s win over Leicester elevating them up to 12th in the Premier League standings.

Leeds may have felt that they would have been taking too much of a risk by bringing in new faces or making major alterations to their squad midway through what has been a very productive campaign so far.
And while Leeds fans may not have the excitement of seeing a deadline day signing completed, it seems like the most sensible strategy for the Yorkshire club.
