Eddie Nketiah joined Leeds United on loan in the summer transfer window.

Nketiah joined Leeds on loan from Premier League club Arsenal in the summer transfer window.
The 20-year-old striker has made four substitute appearances in the Championship for the Whites so far this season, scoring two goals in the process, according to WhoScored.
The England Under-21 international has also found the net twice in two EFL Cup ties for the Whites, according to WhoScored.
With Nketiah making a good impact coming on as a substitute, Leeds head coach Bielsa has suggested that the striker will continue to be deployed in this role.
Bielsa told Leeds Live about Nketiah: “It’s one of the team options that we have. It’s important player and how he can change the impact and development of a match. We are already grateful that we can have him.”

Gradual progression
With Nketiah scoring important goals, it might be tempting to throw the Arsenal-owned striker from the start, but the 20-year-old needs to be gradually developed and brought into the frame.
Patrick Bamford has done well for Leeds so far this campaign, and having Nketiah on the substitutes’ bench does allow Bielsa to have some kind of insurance should the former Nottingham Forest striker fail to deliver the goods.
