Barry Douglas and Ezgjan Alioski are two important players for Leeds United.
Douglas is a left-back by trade, and the 29-year-old Scotland international is fully fit and available for the Championship game against Swansea City at Elland Road this weekend.
Alioski is a winger by trade, but the 27-year-old has done well for the Whites at left-back in the absence of Douglas.
Leeds head coach Bielsa has outlined the differences between Douglas and Alioski.
Bielsa told Leeds Live: “Douglas is a player that usually thinks more. Alioski has more enthusiastic actions.
“Douglas is a player who manage very well starting the game and manages the ball very well. Alioski is a more surprise player when he attacks.
“Douglas is a very important player in the delivery of set-pieces and how he takes the crosses in the game.
“Alioski even though not one of the big players is very good in the air and at the same time he makes you feel the enthusiasm he has.”

Alioski was superb for Leeds against Stoke in the Championship last weekend and scored in the 3-0 win.
Bielsa does not change a winning team, and given how the 27-year-old has been playing recently, it is hard to see the Leeds head coach drop the former Lugano star against the Swans.
Moreover, having Douglas on the substitutes’ bench does give Bielsa a very good option to come in the game if needed.
