Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United lost against Birmingham City on Saturday.

Klich was deployed in a deep midfield role at the start of the Championship match at St. Andrew’s, which Leeds lost 1-0.
The Poland international was moved from the holding midfield position to further forward after Birmingham scored.
Leeds head coach Bielsa has admitted that he did not get it right with the 28-year-old’s initial position.
Bielsa has also given his take on the performance of striker Kemar Roofe, who returned from an injury layoff as a substitute against Birmingham.
According to WhoScored, against Birmingham, Roofe had a pass accuracy of 33.3%, made one interception, and did not have a single short.

Bielsa told The Yorkshire Evening Post: “The position of Klich didn’t help the team to create chances in attack. After they scored we moved his position and he started to attack more. Our attacking improved.”
The Leeds head coach added: “We had a lot of options on the bench to make changes and the decisions on the changes were not the best ones. I take the responsibility about the positioning of Klich too.”
Bielsa told Leeds Live about Roofe: “He played a very tough game, a very close game in the minutes that he had.
“With many difficulties for the skills and the abilities that he has because he’s a quality player more than a strength player.”
Disappointing result
With Birmingham fighting for survival in the Championship this season, Leeds should have won the match at St. Andrew’s.
True, the Blues have a decent squad, but Leeds are better, but on Saturday afternoon, the players failed to perform to the best of their ability.
The Whites are third in the Championship table at the moment with 76 points from 40 matches, just a point behind second-placed Sheffield United.
