Leeds United are seemingly set to miss out on earning a spot in the top two.

Leeds look set to come just short of what was required to make the automatic promotion spaces this season.
The Whites have been vying for second spot for many months now, but they have been overtaken by Sheffield United in the final few weeks of the campaign.
Bielsa’s men have lost their last two matches, causing them to slip three points behind the Blades with two games remaining.
Leeds also have a worse goal difference, which realistically means that Sheffield United will only have to win one of their last two matches to go up.
Leeds fans have been left very frustrated, and there is a feeling that if the Whites had strengthened more in January they would have got over the line.

Leeds only brought in Kika Casilla in the first month of 2019, with their deal for Swansea’s James falling through at the last minute.
But Bielsa insists that Leeds should have been promoted, even though they missed out on the signing of the £10 million winger (Telegraph).
He said: “I don’t have any criticism to anyone. Everything that could be done was done. You know that James was going to come and didn’t come in January. I’m not underlying the importance of the absence of James, I’m underlying that the club struggled to get James. The club did everything, more even, that they could do to find solutions to the needs of the team.
“But with James or without him we should have finished first or second without any doubt.”
