Everton midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson has featured in every one of Marco Silva’s side’s matches this season.

Everton director of football has told the Liverpool Echo that he is a big fan of Gylfi Sigurdsson.
Brands was brought in at Everton earlier this year and he has made a big impression at Goodison Park.
The Dutchman helped Everton have a very productive transfer window, with a number of talented players brought to Merseyside.
But Brands also feels that Everton already had quality in their squad before he arrived.
And he has already been very impressed by the performances of Sigurdsson this term, although he admits that Everton need to add more steel around him.
“I like Sigurdsson and those type of players but you cannot win a game with 11 Sigurdssons so you need other opinions and other thoughts about how players are and how characters could fit with each other,” he said.

Sigurdsson has scored eight goals and claimed three assists in 19 appearances for Everton so far this season.
The Icelandic international has become Everton’s key playmaker and has featured in every one of Marco Silva’s side’s matches.
Sigurdsson and Everton will next be in action tomorrow, when they take on Brighton & Hove Albion.
