Manuel Pellegrini’s West Ham United side were beaten 2-0 by Chelsea last night.

West Ham were beaten 2-0 at Stamford Bridge on Monday evening, and Pellegrini’s side’s showing in the first half was very poor.
The Hammers managed to muster up just one shot, as they allowed Chelsea to dominate proceedings.
Eden Hazard scored a wonderful goal in the first 45 minutes, but West Ham gave him too much space.
And Pellegrini has revealed that he was frustrated with his players at half-time during the contest.
He said: “We talked about a lot of things in the dressing room at half time. When you want to play, you can. You must demonstrate desire, how you can play and demonstrate the team that you are.”

West Ham were much improved in the second half, and they almost found a way back into the match.
The Hammers were guilty of squandering multiple chances, before Hazard wrapped the victory up late on.
West Ham’s defeat to their London rivals has left them in 11th place in the Premier League table.
