Marko Arnautovic is playing well for Manuel Pellegrini’s West Ham United at the moment.
Arnautovic, who can operate as a forward or as a winger, has scored four goals and provided one assist in six Premier League appearances for West Ham so far this season, according to WhoScored.
During the 2017-18 campaign, the 29-year-old Austria international scored 11 goals and provided six assists in 28 league starts for the Hammers, according to WhoScored.
West Ham boss Pellegrini has said that Arnautovic can still improve and score more goals.
Pellegrini told West Ham’s official website about Arnautovic: “I think he will continue improving as he can give more. He can score more.
“He must have a complete season as last season he had just a half and this season he has started very well, even with the problem in his knee.
“Always to be a top player you need to try to score in every game throughout the whole season.”
Encouraging for West Ham United fans
Arnautovic is arguably the best player on the books of West Ham at the moment, and Pellegrini saying that the 29-year-old can still improve will excite and encourage the fans.
The Austrian is playing well at the moment, and if he can further improve and add more goals to his game, then he will become a fearsome force for the Hammers and will be even more menacing for the opposition defenders.
